A Sound Bath is the precise combinations of synchronized cell frequencies are transmitted into the body. Through this vibrational resonance, organs, tissues and systems are restored back to optimal health, balance and cell function. This treatment is beneficial to any ailment or condition.
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It's usually practiced lying down with a teacher guiding the session. Yoga Nidra takes us effortlessly into a state of harmonious, restful being.
